Job Overview:
Respicare1st is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Healthcare Division. The ideal candidate will have a book of business and experience recruiting healthcare professionals. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for direct hire positions, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing a high level of service throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and in-depth evaluations of candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing healthcare staffing needs.
- Manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing suitable candidates.
- Use ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and client communication.
- Negotiate and finalize employment offers between candidates and clients.
- Ensure a smooth transition for placed candidates and maintain follow-up communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly with nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, or medical directors.
- Strong book of business with established client relationships in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based role.
